Güneş kremi sürmemiz gerektiği konusu artık tartışmaya açık değil. İster plaja gidiyor olun ister gün içinde dışarıda olun, yüz güneş kremi her gün kullanmanız gereken bir üründür (evet, bulutlu günlerde bile).
Ne yazık ki, UVA ve UVB ışınları sadece güneş yanığına neden olmakla kalmaz, aynı zamanda cilt yaşlanmasının erken belirtilerine (kırışıklıklar ve hiperpigmentasyon) ve hatta cilt kanserine de yol açar. Sonuç olarak herkesin her gün cilt bakımı rutininin bir parçası olarak yüz güneş kremine ihtiyacı var.
Aslında vücudunuzda kullandığınız güneş koruyucuyu yüzünüze de sürmenizde bir sakınca yoktur, ancak yüze özel formüllerin kullanılması cildiniz için faydalı olur. Tüm güneş koruyucuları gibi, önerdiğimiz kremlerin de her iki saatte bir yeniden uygulanması gerekir, böylece söz verdikleri etkinliğe ulaşırlar. (Çoğu kişi güneş koruyucusunu yeterince uygulamaz veya yeterince sık yeniden uygulamaz).
